Dr. Ole J. Olson, ATC
Dr. Ole Olson has had the unique opportunity to learn from many different schools of thought and principle. He has learned from people in many different specialities including ART (Active Release Technique), PRRT (Primal Reflex Release Technique), MAT (Muscle Activation Technique), and Functional Gait Analysis. He has taken what he can from each of these specialities to be able to better serve his patients’ needs.
Dr. Ole is a 2006 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While attending NUHS he also became certified in Active Release Technique. Prior to that he attended the University of Northern Iowa where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training and then attained his certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Currently Dr. Ole continues to better understand the human body by attending many seminars including clinical neurology, functional rehabiliatation, and functional nutrition courses. Dr. Ole loves working with patients of all ages and activity levels, but his passion is working with athletes of all skill levels.
Dr. Ole has been personal training for about 8 years as well. He has trained at many gyms including 2 years with the industries best at Bally Total Fitness. He currently trains in Ankeny, IA at 7Flags Fitness Center . He enjoys training because he gets to utilize many of his skills to push people to new limits and help them achieve their goals. He also enjoys being active in, and an ambassador for, the Ankeny Area Chamber of Commerce , as well as the Ankeny Young Professionals.

Dr. Melissa Joyce Olson, D.C., Certified Acupuncturist
Dr. Melissa Olson graduated from the University of Vermont in May of 2004. She majored in biological sciences and minored in sociology and nutrition and food sciences. She went on to attend the National University of Health Sciences and graduated in December of 2007 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. While at National she studied under Dr. Sunderlage, D.C., Dipl.Ac., L.Ac and received her certification in acupuncture. In 2005, and 2006, she received Active Release Technique certifications in both upper and lower extremities. Dr. Melissa enjoys treating people of all ages, but since becoming pregnant she has gained an intense interest in treating expectant mothers and children.
The Olson Family
Dr. Ole Olson and Dr. Melissa Olson met while attending the National University of Health Sciences in January of 2005. They got married on May 6, 2006 in a small country church in Newton, IA. Dr. Ole moved to Iowa to start their practice in October 2007, and Dr. Melissa followed shortly after when she graduated from National in December 2007. Their family grew in October 2007 when they got Tyson, a beautiful lab mix, and two short weeks later they discovered that they are expecting their first child. They are very excited to become parents this July.
Tiffany Kingery, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Tiffany attended the Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny, Iowa and obtained her massage license in March of 2007. She specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities. She has experience and knowledge of Pregnancy/Infant Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, and Myofacial work. Tiffany also offers Thermophore and Hot Stones at no extra charge upon your request. It is very important to Tiffany that every client receives a massage tailored to their needs.
